ExpressTruckForms offers various services designed to assist trucking businesses with paperwork, including but not limited to:

• Authority Registration (MC & DOT)

• IFTA (International Fuel Tax Agreement) Filing

• IRP (International Registration Plan) Registration

• UCR (Unified Carrier Registration)

• EIN (Employer Identification Number) Registration

• BOC-3 Filing

• State Registrations

• Form 2290 Filing (Heavy Vehicle Use Tax)

• Quarterly Filings and Annual Renewals

The services are provided on an a la carte basis, as part of startup packages, or through ongoing maintenance subscriptions.

 

3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services.

Ensure that any documents or forms you submit are truthful, complete, and not misleading.

Maintain responsibility for ensuring that all filings and forms are submitted in accordance with relevant local, state, and federal laws.

Be aware of filing deadlines, as ExpressTruckForms is not liable for penalties or late fees resulting from missed or incorrect submissions.

 

4. Payment Terms
Services are billed based on the service type, package, or subscription chosen by the client. Payment for services must be made before processing begins. All pricing and payment terms are clearly displayed on the website and subject to change at any time, with notice to the client.

While we strive to provide accurate, reliable, and timely services, ExpressTruckForms does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any documents or filings. ExpressTruckForms is not responsible for:

• Errors or delays in any filing or form.

• Any legal consequences arising from incorrect information or failure to comply with regulations.

• Any penalties, fees, or other consequences of missed deadlines.

• You are responsible for ensuring that all filings are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Due to the nature of the services we provide, ExpressTruckForms does not offer refunds for completed services. However, if an error was made on our part or if the service was not delivered as promised, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
