At ExpressTruckForms, we provide digital products, electronic documents, and professional services. Due to the nature of these services, please review this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing from ExpressTruckForms, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1.  All Sales Are Final Once Services Begin

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ONCE SERVICES HAVE BEEN STARTED, under any circumstances.  A service is considered “started” when any of the following occurs:

  • Work has begun on your order

  • Forms or documents have been prepared, reviewed, or processed

  • Information has been submitted on your behalf

  • Digital products or documents have been accessed or delivered

  • Administrative or setup work has been performed​

Once any service activity has started, the sale becomes final and non-refundable.

2. Limited Refund Eligibility (Before Services Begin Only)

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The refund request is submitted before any service has started

  • The request is made within 7 calendar days of purchase

  • No documents, forms, or services have been delivered or accessed

  • No third-party fees have been incurred​

Refund approval is at the sole discretion of ExpressTruckForms.

3. Refund Request Timeframe

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.

Requests submitted after this timeframe will be automatically denied, even if services have not yet begun.

4. Non-Refundable Items and Services

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Any service that has already started

  • Completed or partially completed services

  • Digital products, forms, or documents that have been:

    • Downloaded

    • Delivered

    • Accessed

    • Submitted

  • Expedited or rush services

  • Filing, processing, or government fees

  • Errors caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction after purchase

  • Failure to read service descriptions or policies before purchasing

5. Full vs. Partial Refunds

Full Refunds

A full refund may be issued only if:

  • The request is made before services have started

  • ExpressTruckForms is unable to provide the purchased service

  • A duplicate payment was made due to a system error

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are not offered once services have started.

If approved before services begin, ExpressTruckForms may deduct administrative or processing fees from the refund amount.

6. Third-Party Fees Are Non-Refundable

ExpressTruckForms is not responsible for refunding fees charged by third parties, including but not limited to:

  • Government or State agencies

  • Regulatory bodies

  • Filing or processing entities

  • Payment processors

These fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (before services begin), customers must submit a written request including:

  • Full name

  • Reason for the refund request

8. Refund Processing Time

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days

  • ExpressTruckForms is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact ExpressTruckForms before initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in:

  • Immediate service termination

  • Permanent refusal of future services

  • Dispute evidence submitted to the payment processor

10. Fraud, Abuse, and Policy Violations

ExpressTruckForms reserves the right to deny refunds if we determine that a customer has:

  • Provided false or misleading information

  • Attempted to exploit or bypass this policy

  • Engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior

11. Policy Modifications
